Pursuant to the Public Authorities Law, Interest on a Judgment To Be Paid by the New York City Transit Authority Cannot Exceed 3%
The First Department noted that, although plaintiff procured a judgment (after trial) for past lost earnings against the city, the judgment will ultimately be paid by non-party New York City Transit Authority.
