HOW TO FIND THE MOST RECENT APPELLATE DECISION-SUMMARIES
“LATEST POSTS” ON THE HOME PAGE
The most recent week’s decision-summaries can always be found in the “Latest Posts” section of the Home Page. The decision-summaries in the “Latest Posts” section are organized by date only (not legal category), most recent first.
THE MOST RECENT SUMMARIES ORGANIZED BY CATEGORY
To browse the most recent decision-summaries in a particular legal category use the Search Panel at the top of the Latest Posts section on the Home Page and on the right side of every other website page. Choose the category from the drop-down menu that appears when you click on the first line of the Search Panel (“All Categories”) and click on “Search.” The search results appear chronologically, most recent first.
Or simply click on the category as it is listed in the Footer at the bottom of every page of the website.
THE MOST RECENT SUMMARIES ORGANIZED BY CATEGORY AND COURT
To browse the most recent summaries of decisions in a specific legal category and a specific court:
1. Choose the category from the drop-down menu that appears when you click on the first line of the Search Panel (“All Categories”);
2. Choose the court by clicking on it in the menu. [To choose multiple courts, hold the “Ctrl” key down and click on the courts. To de-select a selected court, hold the “Ctrl” key down and click on it,]
3. Click on “Search.”
THE MOST RECENT SUMMARIES ORGANIZED ONLY BY COURT
To browse the most recent summaries of decisions from a specific court in all legal categories:
1. Choose “All Categories” in the first line of the Search Panel;
2. Choose the court by clicking on it in the menu. [To choose multiple courts, hold down the “Ctrl” key and click on the courts. To de-select a selected court, hold the “Ctrl” key down and click on it.]
3. Click on “Search.”
