THE NYS DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION’S CALCULATION OF THE STUDENT TUITION TO BE PAID TO CHARTER SCHOOLS UPHELD (THIRD DEPT).
The Third Department, in a full-fledged opinion by Justice Ceresia, upheld the NYS Education Department’s calculation of the student tuition to be paid to petitioners, operators of charter schools in New York City.
