The Fourth Department vacated defendant’s guilty plea because he was not informed of the postrelease supervision aspect of the sentence:

On appeal from a judgment convicting him upon his plea of guilty of criminal sexual act in the first degree …, defendant contends that reversal of the judgment and vacatur of the plea are required because County Court failed to advise him, at the time of the plea, of the period of postrelease supervision that would be imposed at sentencing.
